My 1st attempt with Copic Markers

So here is my first attempt at using Copic Markers, not my best work that's for sure. At the moment I am undecided what I think of them. I guess I expected to pick them up and come up with a perfect result 1st time. LOL.
I see so much beautiful work done with them, they are so very different to use  and a whole different technique then what I am used to with my Prismacolor Pencils.

I  picked a very simple image to colour, it is from today's new releases by SquiggleFly. This is 'Gus' by artist Jane Beljo.
The word 'celebrate' is from Stampin Up

Don't forget to check out what the other SquiggleFlyers are upto. Links to their Blogs are on the right side bar.

Until Next Time

Michelle, the copics do take a little getting used to and lots of practice, but I really like how your card turned out! The colors are so bright and cheery - a perfect card for a celebration!
